- 2 eggs
- 250g flour
- 1 and a half cup of CUKR (2 bags of vanilin sugar)
- 150g coconut flour
- 100g grounded almonds
- 200g molten butter
- 5 tea spoons of cocoa powder (real cocoa)
- a few drops of milk
- 1 bag of baking powder
First I mix eggs, sugar aka. CUKR and butter to form a soft foamed mixture. I put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix it together, then I take a small cup and mix milk and cocoa to form a thick and smooth cocoa paste. I mix flour with eggs, sugar and fat and after a good manual mixing (ideal for improving your hand strenght), then I put in the almonds, coconut and cocoa paste. Mix it all again and when my hand realy hurts I can stop. The mix now has a wonderfull chocolate brown color and exceptional taste. I can make the cookies with my hand, spoon, fork, knife or kitchen syringe (I used the last one). I put the cookies on a baking tray coated with baking paper and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 190°C. The cookies shuld be about 0,5 cm thick. If I make the cookies thicker I also have to increase baking time. The cookies are fenomenal so try it.
